SCHEDULED SERVICING
Our routine scheduled service & routine maintenance programmes have been developed to provide the basic care and periodic maintenance your equipment needs. We utilize genuine parts to provide the best performance and reduce the risk of breakdown. Our trained technicians and specialist service vehicles visit your equipment as and when required and to complete the work with minimal downtime.
ONSITE SUPPORT
Onsite support packages involve the deployment of highly trained specialists at your location. Our specialists can be deployed either full time or part-time at your site or premises to assist in scheduled servicing, routine maintenance, equipment breakdowns and other day-to-day requirements. Our specialists are fully supported by our product support, service and parts teams. Our support specialists bring an added layer of support to your operation and a closer relationship with comprehensive team and support services.
Machine Inspection - VISUAL INSPECTIONS
Visual inspections can be provided to help you assess the condition of your equipment. Our highly experienced product support and service teams provide and comprehensive report based on visual inspection. Based on our experience and daily exposure to the equipment we are able to quickly highlight repair requirements and provide preventative maintenance and operational recommendations.
PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE CLINICS
PM Clinics are machine-specific, comprehensive, diagnostic inspections designed to help our customers take a more proactive approach to the maintenance of their machines. We check the performance of your machine and measure key diagnostics including engine speeds, turbo boost pressures, oil engine oil pressure, engine blow-by levels, hydraulic and transmission pressures, cycle times and visual observation data. With this data, we are able to identify trends and issues and make recommendations and adjustments to optimize machine performance. For each PM Clinic performed, a written report is produced and information received is compared with factory standard values and repair limits to ensure machines are running as designed.
Technical Support - OPERATOR TRAINING
Our commitment to partnering with you extends into our extensive training programs, and beyond. We a complete range of training and educational support services. You and your team can attend training at our state-of-the-art facility, or we will conduct training at your facility or site. Our exceptional instructors offer both operator and technical training, machine simulators and all complemented by extensive training materials for equipment operation, maintenance, and service.
